Trading capital is not transferred to Northengate as investment capital.

Illustrative estimate based on a 50/50 allocation across the supplied 1H and 15M report results, each normalized to a $1,000 reference capital. It assumes linear scaling, no compounding, and excludes fees, spreads, slippage, leverage constraints and execution differences. The reports are static exports and have not been independently broker-verified. This is not a forecast or guaranteed return. Trading may result in loss of capital.
STRATEGY ACCESS
Access eligibility and account requirements depend on the supported brokerage environment and applicable terms.
ALIGNED WITH PERFORMANCE
Northengate's proposed fee structure applies a performance fee to eligible net new profits, subject to the applicable strategy agreement and account structure.
Previously recovered losses are not repeatedly treated as new profit when calculating eligible performance fees.
