Northengate provides access to proprietary trading strategies designed for use with a user's own supported brokerage or trading account.

Northengate does not take custody of, hold, or directly receive client trading capital as part of the strategy service. Users maintain their funds within their own brokerage accounts.

Users remain responsible for their brokerage accounts, capital allocation, broker selection, leverage, account configuration and decision to continue or discontinue using the strategy.

Trading involves substantial risk and losses may occur, including possible loss of some or all capital allocated to trading.

Northengate does not guarantee any level of profit, return, performance or protection against loss.

Historical results, backtests, simulations, hypothetical performance and previous live performance are not guarantees of future results.

Actual results may differ due to market volatility, liquidity, spreads, slippage, execution speed, leverage, broker conditions, connectivity, technical failures, account configuration and circumstances outside Northengate's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northengate and its affiliates are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, broker-related losses, execution differences, technical interruptions, market movements or other losses resulting from or associated with a user's decision to use the strategy.
